Cancellation & Payment Policy
Our Cancellation and Payment Policy aims to offer flexibility to our guests whilst allowing us to efficiently manage our occupancy during periods of high demand.
The hotel reserves the right to request a prepayment for bookings during periods of high demand, such as holidays, special events and dates when our occupancy is close to full capacity.
1. Reservations on low/medium occupancy dates:
— Guests can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in date.
— Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged at a rate equivalent to the first night of stay.
2. Reservations on high-demand dates:
— We require full or partial prepayment to guarantee reservation on high demand dates.
— Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will receive a full refund of the prepayment.
— Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice will not be refunded.
3. No-show:
— In case of no-show, the amount corresponding to pre-payment will be charged as a no-show fee.
